Bill started with Lynn Rai Electric back in 1997 as a “green” helper. He learned the trade from the ground up and moved into estimation under Phil Christopher. When Phil was ready to retire – he took a chance and sold the business assets to Bill. Earning his Unlimited License in 2006, Bill was able to transform his “side hustle” into the version we see today in 2013. Bill is also licensed in Virginia.
Candace started working with Bill when the business grew in 2013. When the business changed from zero employees to 26 overnight – she learned the ropes quickly. Using the skills learned in food service management, Candace has focused on employees and financials. She was awarded “Outstanding Women in Business” in 2019 by the Triad Business Journal.
